Refund policy

We want to make sure that our products are meeting your needs, the governments orders you must transfer shipping fess before ship the order , you may always check and try our product while the courier awaits you for 5 minutes . In case you no longer wish to have the product, you may return it Meanwhile and if your order more than 2 pieces you must pay deposit 50 %

Refund & Exchange policy:
You can exchange/refund your order within 24 hours of receiving a defected item or a wrong item other than the one you ordered, provided in its original condition, in same packaging and with tags on, You are responsible for paying return shipping fees .

All outlet / sale items  are eligible for exchange only. 

Refund/Exchange Process:

1) Please email Cs@dodicieg.com to request a return or exchange.

2) provide us with the order number and photo of the received product 

2) Items must be shipped back to us, after which the items will be reviewed by our returns team.

3) Items are processed and a final confirmation sent to you whether the return is approved or rejected.

*You are responsible for paying return shipping to us and in the event of a cash refund or the item being returned to you due to rejection, you will be responsible for the shipping fees as well.The money transfer will be done after we receive the order and review it within 3 weeks 

Our office working hours are 10 am - 6 pm on weekdays. All inquiries will be attended to within one working day.
